Activate License?
1.) Once you have completed the purchase process you will be given a purchase reference number. Please keep this handy as we will need it for verifying purchase information and for upgrades.
2.) From this page you will be see a link to download the software. If you don't use this link you can use the link found on the product detail page.
3.) An email will be sent to you immediately with your Activation Code.
4.) Open your software by clicking the desktop icon named iPM v3
5.) Enter your name or company name then the activation code.

How to Re-install My software
1. Ensure that you are connected to the internet.
2. Launch the software
3. Select �Activate New Installation ' from the screen that appears
4. Select 'Re-install Existing License' and enter your License Holder Name and Purchase Reference Number in the fields provided.
5. Click the Next button, and your PC should automatically continue through the reinstall process.
If this is not successful, it could be because of the following:
1. You have activated your license too many times - contact support@iphotomeasure.com with your details and request for additional unlocks
2. You are behind a firewall which is not allowing access to the authentication server - ensure ports 80, 443, 9000 & 9001 are available and also ensure that an internet connection from your software is permitted.

How to Install iPhotoMEASURE?
When the software is run for the first time you will be given a link to EULA. Before you can use the software, click on 'Next' which agrees to the End�User Terms and Conditions.
You will now be presented with options to Try / Buy / Activate License. Trials are free and some may limit functionality of the title until it has been purchased.

Free Trial
This will allow you to use the software according to the evaluation restrictions. Where the publisher has restricted usage to a number of 'uses', clicking on the Try It button will reduce the number of 'uses' remaining by 1. Trials could also be limited by number of days, actual completion date or a time limited trial, eg 60 minutes

Buy Full Version
Once you are ready to purchase the software click the 'Buy' button. For further details on buying the software refer to the 'Buying the Software' section of the Helpfile.

Activate New Installation
When purchasing the title from a website or retail box, you should receive an activation code. This can be inserted and your software registered and unlocked.

If you have acquired a new computer or harddrive, and you wish to reinstall the software that you have already purchased, you can insert your License Holder Name and Purchase Reference Number to re-activate the title.

Coupons
In order to use a discount coupon, follow these steps: 1) Run the installation file
2) Select 'Buy Full Version' and select your method of payment.
3) Insert the coupon number and click 'Validate'. The price should then update to display the coupon discount.
4) Complete the purchase form on the right hand side.
6) Click 'Next' and agree to the end-user Terms and Conditions.

What Happens When The Trial Period Expires?

Once the trial period expires be it over a period of time or number of uses, the only choice the end-user now faces is to purchase or cancel the application. If he chooses to purchase, it is a seamless and easy step-by-step process which takes just a few minutes to complete.

What type of camera can I use?
You can use any camera and transfer the photos to any computer, however we recommend not useing lenses that distort the image, including Fisheye or Wide Angle lenses. The recommended focal length is between 45mm & 55mm. Camera Phones can be used to, but the same recommendations on types of lenses apply.

How many Megapixels do I need?
We recommend a minimum of 1 Megapixels for close-up photos, 2 Megapixels minimum for most normal distance photos and 4 Megapixels for shots taken at more than 20 feet away.

Is iPhotoMEASURE easy to operate?
Yes. You will need a few minutes only to start making measurements.

Can I export or print my measurements?
Yes. You can print your photos with all the measurements on them. You can export to JPG or to Excel.

What is the DigiTarget?
The DigiTarget is any known dimensioned square or rectangular shape that must be in the area you photograph and you want to make measurements in. The DigiTarget will accurately be used by iPhotoMEASURE software to get all measurements you need. Some examples of DigiTargets can be window, door, garage door or an iPhotoMEASURE DigiTarget. The larger the area to be measured the larger DigiTarget is required.

Please Note: If using Automatic Mode to detect your DigiTarget, the software finds the best inner dimensions of a square. You must know these dimensions and enter them in the fields marked height & width.

How do I position the DigiTarget?
The DigiTarget is easy to position, either on top of a furniture or you can stick it anywhere, on a wall, a piece of furniture, an appliance with the restickable and invisible glue that leaves no stain on the surface it is applied on. A DigiTarget, or known rectangular/square dimension must be on each 2D plane that will be measured.

What kind of measurements can I make?
You can measure anything that is close like a wall, door, window, appliance, furniture.. inside your house or anything that is further like a gate, roof, pool, patio area... Once a picture is taken with a DigiTarget in it, you can make any measurement on the same 2D plane as the DigiTarget. This includes, walls, roofs, driveways and interiors. If you need to measure multiple 2D planes you can add DigiTargets to the area to be photographed or you must know the dimensions of objects in the photo.

What is the accuracy of your software?
Our software can measure down to a 100th of an inch. However, there are several factors involved in getting the most accurate measurements possible. Please read the User Guide prior to using your software and follow the guidelines on how to take the photograph and then on how to load your photograph into the software. Yes our product easily measures in both inches & metric.

Can I use version 3 on a MAC?
No, at this time version 3 is not supported on MAC at this time, but we have several MAC users running iPhotoMEASURE using the appropriate software for running Windows on a MAC. A MAC compatible version is being worked on.
